For people who navigate Chrome using a keyboard or other assistive technology, the focus indicator visually highlights your selections as you scroll through the page, the focus indicator shows what you select, and Google Chrome 86 is making some improvements now:
First, the new CSS selector allows developers to subscribe to the same focus indicator method that users use.
