Microsoft, the leading company in the field of making
computer operating systems represented in Windows, launched a new update
for the Xbox application on the store for devices operating with the
iOS system for iPhone, through which you can start playing your Xbox One
games directly on your smartphone, and it gives you the advantage of
playing Remotely connect online to the Xbox One platform and play the
games that you previously downloaded to it, and it seems that this
service is completely different from the famous Microsoft xCloud
service, which enables anyone with a supported smartphone to broadcast
all their games from Microsoft's cloud servers instead of This, and it
is very similar to Sony's PS4 Remote Play service, which is also
available for Android and iOS devices together, and Microsoft recently
announced that Xbox users can access games from these platforms through
their Android phones, and while this new update will support playing
games Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S,It is not possible to remotely
broadcast old Xbox 360 games and original Xbox games at this point,
noting that it allows players to download or share game clips and
screenshots, and even manage console space and delete games from the
application.
The
modern version of the Xbox app is much faster than the previous
versions, and its unique design matches the new dashboard and user
interface across Xbox in general, and users can keep Xbox One connected
at home and then stream games to their smart devices remotely via Wi-Fi.
Or LTE or even 5G if you have an iPhone 12, and according to reports,
Microsoft has no official plans to develop an xCloud platform to support
the iOS operating system, which allows broadcasting independent games
over the web without an Xbox console, although there are few sources
that oppose the idea. And confirms the company's intention to provide a
version of the platform on iPhones, but the release date according to
the same sources is still unknown, noting that Apple forces game
broadcast platforms to run it via the Safari browser, which makes it
difficult for projects like xCloud to work on the iOS system.
