For example, suppose that you want to communicate with your customers or friends to obtain important information over the phone, or that you call for urgent reasons, and you happen to have your call not answered or ignored by the meeting, however if you use the "reason for calling" feature and add a suitable reason next to your call It may increase the chances of it being answered, and thus it is a very useful feature in increasing the call response rates and you can let your customers and friends know why you are calling them.

 

To enable the "Reason to Call" feature in Truecaller: First you will download and install the latest Truecaller update on your phone.

 

 

Now go to the app settings and then the General option:

 

Then you activate the Call Reason option as in the picture.

  Then you click on the Manage Call Reasons option, and the reasons for the call are specified in three options, and the indication is rooted that you can specify the reason for making the call to specific numbers or all the numbers in the phone.
